摘要
乡村教师专业发展面临教师的自主发展意识薄弱、教研教改能力不强、培训机会少且针对性实效性较差、学校环境支持力度不够等诸多困境。为脱离以上困境,从微观方面,建议教师树立专业自主发展意识、开展常态化教学反思、主动融入乡村社会,以此提高自身专业能力,培养乡村情怀;乡村学校则应强抓校本教研和教研共同体建设、改革教师培训、建构科学的质量评价体系、加强人文关怀等,为教师专业发展提供有效支撑。两方面共同努力,乡村教师专业发展应能摆脱困境,迎来良好的发展前景,从而推动乡村教育振兴。
The professional development of rural teachers is faced with many difficulties,such as weak awareness of teachers'independent development,weak abilityof teaching research and reform,few training opportunities andpoor pertinence and effectiveness,insufficient school environment support and soon.In order to get rid of the above difficulties,from the micro aspect,itis suggested that teachers establish the awareness of professional independent development,carry out normal teaching reflection,and actively integrate into therural society,osto improve their professional ability and cultiv aterural feelings;Rural schools should strengthen the construction of school-based teaching research and teaching research community,reformteacher training,construct ascientific quality evaluation system,and streng then humanisticcare,so as to provide effective support for teachers'professional development.With thejoint efforts of thetwo sides,the professional development ofrural teachers should be able togetrid of dificulties and usheringood developmen prospects,soas to promole the revitalization of rural education.
