以人为本视域下班级管理问题的思考

班主任是学生成长过程中的领路人,其工作尤为重要,需要开展精细化管理。随着“以人为本”理念的深化及其在小学教育管理中的应用推广,越来越多的班主任开始重视并关注学生的主体地位,意识到尊重并发挥学生自主性与主观能动性至关重要,开始在班级管理中积极融入以人为本理念,不断尝试探索新的教育管理方式、方法,不断转变自身管理观念,从传统管理学生向服务学生方向转变。文章论述以人为本理念在班级管理中的重要性,分析班级管理存在的问题,以及以人为本视域下班级管理难点问题,探讨以人为本视域下班级管理的优化策略。

The head teacher is the leader in the process of students'growth.His work is particularly important and needs to carry out fine management.With the deepening of the concept of"people-oriented"and its application and promotion in primary school education management,more and more head teachers begin to pay attention to and pay attention to the main position of students,realize that it is very important to respect and give full play to students'autonomy and subjective initiative,start actively integrating the concept of people-oriented into class management,constantly try to explore new ways and methods of education management,and constantly change their own management concept,change from traditional management of students to serving students.This paper discusses the importance of people-oriented concept in class management,analyzes the problems existing in class management,as well as the difficult problems of class management from the perspective of people-oriented,and discusses the optimization strategy of class management from the perspective of people-oriented.
