警务共同体的学理之思与因应之策——以绍兴市上虞区为例

Theoretical Thinking and Countermeasures of the Police Community--Empirical Research for Shangyu District,Shaoxing City

“打防结合、整体防控,专群结合、群防群治”是新时代公安基层基础工作的重要内容,警务共同体也是打造社会治理共同体的现实路径。近年来,绍兴市上虞区坚持党建引领,以警务站为主要载体,建设以共建、共治、共享为基本特征的警务共同体,取得了显著成效,积累了丰富经验,对国内其它地区进一步坚持和发展“枫桥经验”、构建现代警务模式具有一定的借鉴意义。

"Combination of attack and defense,overall prevention and control,combination of special groups,group defense and group governance"is an important part of the basic work of public security at the grassroots level in the new era,and the police community is also a realistic path to build a community of social governance.In recent years,Shangyu District of Shaoxing City has adhered to the leadership of party building,with the police station as the main carrier,to build a police community with the basic characteristics of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and has achieved remarkable results and accumulated rich experience.It is of certain reference significance to further adhere to and develop the"Fengqiao Experience"and build a modern policing model.
