在严密控制社会面的警察巡逻勤务中,盘查可疑人员、可疑车辆是一项重要的工作内容。通过盘问和检查,识别、判断犯罪嫌疑人的身份,检查涉嫌车辆和物品,查验居民身份证等方式,发现其犯罪事实和证据,对现行犯罪人员、重大犯罪嫌疑人员或者在逃的案犯,就能够依法先行拘留或者采取其他强制措施提供必要的支撑,因此,公安民警要加强盘查的技战术训练并注意盘查的程序规范。
