当归四逆汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Danggui Sini Tang Combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨当归四逆汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法:选取60例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合当归四逆汤治疗。分别检测2组治疗前后血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-21(IL-21)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]和免疫指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)],并观察其疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组TNF-α、IL-21、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-21水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),IL-6水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且治疗组TNF-α、IL-21水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为3.33%,对照组为26.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归四逆汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,可有效降低炎症反应,提高机体免疫功能,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Danggui Sini tang combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effects on inflammatory factors in serum and immune function.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Danggui Sini tang based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-21(IL-21),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and immune function indexes[immunoglobulin-G(IgG),immunoglobulin-A(IGA),immunoglobulin-m(IgM)]were detected in the two groups.Curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group,and 76.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of TNF-α,IL-21 and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of TNF-αand IL-21 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-6 levels were increased(P<0.05);levels of TNF-αand IL-21 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and IL-6 level was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in the treatment group,and 26.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Sini tang combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets has a significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively reduce inflammatory responses,and enhance body immune function with fewer adverse reactions.
