中学教师组织支持感与心理授权的关系——心理资本的中介作用 被引量:4

On the Relationship Between Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Empowerment of Middle School Teachers——The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

摘要 采用《组织支持感问卷》《中小学教师心理资本问卷》《教师心理授权问卷》对752名中学教师进行调查,分析心理资本在中学教师组织支持感与心理授权关系间的中介作用。结果表明:中学教师的组织支持感、心理资本、心理授权两两显著正相关;中学教师的组织支持感和心理资本均能正向预测教师心理授权;心理资本部分中介了组织支持感与心理授权间的关系,在组织支持感与教师心理授权二者关系中的解释率为37.56%。组织支持感、心理资本是心理授权的关键促进因素,学校可以基于组织和个体双向视角提升教师心理授权水平。 A survey of 752 middle school teachers was carried out by using A survey of 752 middle school teachers was carried out by using Questionnaire on Sense of Organizational Support, Questionnaire on Psychological Capital of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Questionnaire on Psychological Empowerment of Teachers to analyze the mediating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between the perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment of middle school teachers. to analyze the mediating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between the perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment of middle school teachers. The results show that: perceived organizational support, psychological capital, and psychological empowerment are significantly positively correlated;perceived organizational support and psychological capital can positively predict the psychological empowerment of middle school teachers;psychological capital partially mediates perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment, showing an explanation rate of 37.56%. Perceived organizational support and psychological capital are the key factors to promote psychological empowerment. Schools can improve the level of teachers’ psychological empowerment on the basis of the two-way perspective of the organization and the individuals.
