《科普法》的实施状况与修订——基于文献研究的解读

The Implementation Status and Revision of the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology:Interpretation Based on Literature Research

采用文献研究法,从《科普法》的实施对策、实施中存在的问题、实施的社会价值和取得的具体成效等方面对《科普法》相关研究文献进行系统梳理与总结,以期深入了解《科普法》的实施状况,明确《科普法》对我国科普发展的影响。随着时代的发展与新形势的出现,《科普法》逐渐显现出滞后性,其修订成为近年来研究的热点问题,对修法相关文献进行分析,明确《科普法》修订的必要性以及如何修法的问题,并在此基础上指出对未来研究的方向。

This study adopts the literature research method to systematically sort out and summarize the literature related to the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology from the aspects of the implement countermeasures,problems existing in the implementation,social value,and achieved concrete results of the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology,in order to have a deep understanding of the implementation of the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology,and to clarify the impact of the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology on the development of science popularization in China. With the development of the times and the emergence of new situations,the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology gradually shows its lag. Its amendment has become a hot topic of research in recent years. This paper analyzes the literature related to the amendment of the law and clarifies the necessity of the amendment of the Law on Popularization of Science and Technology and how to amend the law. On this basis,it points out the prospect of future research.
