摘要
荨麻疹是一种常见疾病,任何年龄均可发病。慢性荨麻疹(症状持续时间>6周)患者病因复杂,病情反复发作,病程迁延。详尽采集病史对于确定慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者的病因至关重要。治疗的目的是控制症状,提高患者生活质量。目前大多数治疗指南都是基于成人研究的数据,这些治疗方法随后被推广到儿童的治疗。本文对儿童慢性荨麻疹诊疗进展作一综述,为临床医生提供有关儿童慢性荨麻疹的建议。
Urticaria is a common disease that can occur at any age.Chronic urticaria(symptom duration>6 weeks)patients are ofen with complex etiology,recurrent disease,delayed course.A thorough history is essential to determine the etiology of patients with chronic urticaria(CU).The aim of treatment is to control symptoms and improve the patient′s quality of life.Most current treatment guidelines are based on data from adult studies,and these treatments are then extended to children.This article reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria in children and provides suggestions for clinicians.
