线状皮肤病是一组具有特殊皮损分布模式的疾病总称,多数皮损沿部分或全长Blaschko线分布。不同于成人,因儿童年龄的特殊性及皮肤结构特点,使得儿童特别是小婴儿的线状皮肤病以遗传或先天性病多见。本文按先天遗传性和后天获得性两大类对儿童线状皮肤病进行进行总结,以帮助临床医师更好地认识、鉴别该类疾病。

Linear skin disease is a general term for a group of diseases with a special distribution pattern.Most of these diseases are distributed along partial or full-length Blaschko lines.Unlike adults,linear dermatosis in children,especially newborns,are mostly inherited or congenital.This article summarizes the characteristics of linear dermatosis in children to help clinicians better understand and identify.
