摘要
为了有效地对DCT敲击噪声进行评价,采集搭载某款DCT的汽车在良好马路上行驶的敲击噪声样本,对噪声主观试验中的等级评分法加以改进,提出分组等级评分法并进行主观评价。将考虑预选档和不考虑预选档两种情况分别进行心理声学客观参数与主观评分的相关性分析,发现两种情况下对主观感受影响较大的客观参数不同,选取相关系数高的客观参数分别建立两种情况的多元回归模型。结果发现,DCT在不考虑预选的敲击声品质回归模型与考虑预选档不一样,因此对于DCT敲击噪声的声品质评价研究,应单独考虑预选档进行分析,所建立回归模型对于DCT敲击噪声控制以及优化有一定的参考价值。
In order to effectively evaluate DCT(Dual Clutch Transmission)rattle noise,the rattle noise samples of a certain DCT-equipped car driving on good roads is collected,the grade scoring method is improved in the subjective noise test,and a group grade scoring method is proposed for subjective evaluation.The correlation analysis between psychoacoustic objective parameters and subjective scores is carried out with and without consideration of pre-selected gears.It is found that the objective parameters that have a greater impact on subjective feelings are different in the two cases.Then,the objective parameters with high correlation coefficient are selected to establish the multiple regression models of the two cases.The results show that the DCT′s rattle sound quality regression model without considering the pre-selection is different from that of the pre-selection case.Therefore,it is suggested that the pre-selection case should be considered separately in the sound quality evaluation analysis of DCT rattle noise.The established regression model has a certain reference value for DCT rattle noise control and optimization.
