摘要
某城市地铁线路使用科隆蛋扣件,波磨现象严重。为了研究钢轨打磨对轨道振动的影响,分别在钢轨打磨前后对同一轨道断面进行振动测试。同时在该断面打磨后换装上部自锁式双层非线性扣件,并对其进行振动测试,对比分析科隆蛋扣件与上部自锁式双层非线性扣件的减振效果。测试结果表明:打磨之后有效地控制了钢轨波磨,打磨后的振幅显著低于打磨之前,其中低轨垂向的减振效果最好,达到了9.2 dB;打磨之后新安装的上部自锁式双层非线性扣件对钢轨波磨发展有明显抑制作用,其减振效果与科隆蛋扣件大致相当。
Cologne egg fasteners are used in a city subway line,and the phenomenon of wave-wear of the track is very serious.In order to study the influence of rail grinding on track vibration,vibration tests were carried out on the same rail section before and after the rail grinding.At the same time,after the section is polished,the fasteners are replaced by upper self-locking double-layer nonlinear couplers,and the vibration test is carried out to compare and analyze the vibration reduction effects of the Cologne egg coupler and the upper self-locking double-layer nonlinear coupler.The test results show that the rail wave-wear is effectively controlled after grinding,and the vibration amplitude after grinding is significantly lower than that before grinding,and the vibration reduction effect in the vertical direction of the low rail is the best and reaches 9.2 dB.After the grinding,the newly installed upper self-locking double-layer nonlinear coupler has obvious inhibition effect on the development of rail wave-wear,and its vibration reduction effect is basically equivalent to that of the Cologne egg coupler.
