摘要
中华鲟保育车间属于大型水产养殖厂房,曝气增氧系统是养殖工艺中的必要环节。曝气增氧系统运行过程中,室内噪声高达83 dB(A),造成严重的环境噪声污染。对该噪声频谱分析表明:曝气风机机械振动及管道空气动力性噪声特征明显,噪声频率较低,是噪声主要来源。由此提出相应的隔声消声措施,实施后效果良好,噪声降幅达15 dB(A),中华鲟摄食量与呼吸频率均恢复正常。同时对保育车间背景噪声进行理论分析,提出一种全新的降噪网和曝气降噪栅技术,为大型水产养殖厂房降噪提供技术参考。
Chinese sturgeon conserving and breeding workshop is a large aquaculture plant,and the system of aeration and oxygenation-gaining is an essential part.While the roots blowers of the system are running,they will produce serious noise pollution in the workshop,where the noise level can be highly up to 83 dB(A).The analysis of the noise spectrum characteristics shows that the main sources of such low-frequency noise are roots blowers vibration and high-speed airflow in the steel pipes.On this basis,an optimal scheme is introduced to solve the low-frequency noise problem,which can reduce the noise to 15 dB(A).And the appetite and breath of the Chinese sturgeons become normal.Besides,summarizing the theoretical analysis of the background noise,a new denoising net and multiple air bleeder device are proposed as a reference for other similar large aquaculture plants to reduce the noise caused by water-flow and air-flow in water.
