Exploration of the Path of High-quality Employment of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济社会的发展进入到高质量发展阶段,社会对人才质量的要求不断提高。高职院校作为人才供给单位,如何促进高质量人才培养、实现人才高质量就业,应成为教育改革实践中重点关注的问题。文章从高职院校学生高质量就业问题入手,在对高质量就业内涵进行解读和分析推进高质量就业的现实意义的基础上,提出促进学生高质量就业的有效措施,旨在营造适合学生高质量就业的环境,在高职院校教育培养工作中实现引导学生高质量就业的目标。

As China's economic and social development has entered a high-quality development stage,the social requirements for talent quality are constantly improving.As a talent supply unit,how to promote high-quality talent training and realize high-quality employment in higher vocational colleges should become a key issue in the practice of educational reform.Starting with the problem of high-quality employment of students in higher vocational colleges,based on the interpretation and analysis of the connotation of high-quality employment and the practical significance of promoting high-quality employment,this paper puts forward effective measures to promote students'high-quality employment,in order to create an environment suitable for students'high-quality employment and realize the goal of guiding students'high-quality employment in the education and training of higher vocational colleges.
