基于社会实践的高职院校劳动教育研究

Research on Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Social Practice

劳动教育是实践育人的驱动力,也是培养学生综合素质的根本途径,在职业院校育人过程中发挥着重要作用。随着素质教育的深入推进,将教育和劳动联系在一起,已成为教育的新模式。将社会实践融入劳动教育中,有利于丰富学生的实践体验,提高劳动教育的实际效果。基于此,文章简要分析高职院校开展劳动教育的价值、基于社会实践的高职院校劳动教育存在的问题,探究基于社会实践的高职院校劳动教育策略,旨在提供有益参考,提高学生的劳动素养。

Labor education is not only the driving force of practical education,but also the fundamental way to cultivate students'comprehensive quality.It plays an important role in the process of education in vocational colleges.With the deepening of quality education,linking education with labor has become a new model of education.Integrating social practice into labor education is conducive to enrich students'practical experience and improve the actual effect of labor education.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the value of labor education in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in labor education in higher vocational colleges based on social practice,and explores the strategies of labor education in higher vocational colleges based on social practice,in order to provide useful reference and improve students'labor literacy.
