摘要
目的研究BOPPPS教学模式联合情景模拟在医学本科生创伤止血国际课程(Stop the Bleed,STB)中的教学效果。方法2021年3—4月随机选择在中南大学湘雅三医院实习的2018级临床医学五年制69名学生为研究对象,实施BOPPPS教学模式联合情景模拟STB课程教学,并在课前和课后分别对止血技能自信度、课程满意度等进行问卷调查。结果课前及课后有效问卷数均为69份。相比培训前,培训后学生对压迫法、包扎法和止血带法止血的技能自信度均得到提高,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。未参加本课程时,选择在第一现场对陌生人进行止血救助的学生占52.2%(36/69),培训后选择参与救助的学生占95.7%(66/69),培训前后有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在课程培训结束后,有98.6%(68/69)的学生对课程持满意及非常满意的态度。结论基于BOPPPS教学模式联合情景模拟在STB国际课程中取得的良好效果,对这种教学模式的进一步推广与改革将具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of BOPPPS teaching mode combined with scenario simulation in the international course“Stop the Bleed”(STB)for medical undergraduates.Methods From March to April 2021,totally 69 undergraduates of five-year curriculum of clinical medicine in Xiangya School of Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.The BOPPPS teaching mode combined with scenario-based simulation STB was implemented,and questionnaires were conducted for confidence in hemostasis skills and course satisfaction before and after the course.Results The number of valid questionnaires was 69 before and after the course.Students'confidences in the skills of stopping bleeding by compression skill,bandage skill,and tourniquet skill were improved after the course,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.001).52.2%(36/69)of students chose to provide assistance of strangers at the first scene before the course and 95.7%(66/69)chose to provide assistance after the course,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After the course,98.6%(68/69)of students were satisfied and very satisfied with the course.Conclusion Based on the effective results of the BOPPPS teaching model combined with scenario-based simulations in STB international courses,which means it is important to further promote and reform the teaching model.
