摘要 目的评价SPOC在口腔修复学实验教学中的应用效果。方法2021年4—5月,选择蚌埠医学院口腔医学系五年制本科生两个班级,以口腔修复学实验教学的可摘局部义齿章节为例,分为对照组和试验组,对照组使用传统教学模式进行实验教学,试验组使用SPOC结合线下教学模式,即先将实验内容录制成短视频,连同教案讲稿等上传至平台,学生自学,然后实施线下教学。两组操作分别评分,两组教学完成后填写调查问卷,并进行统计分析评价。结果实验操作结果显示试验组得分明显高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学调查问卷结果显示试验组好评率明显高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复学实验教学中,加入SPOC元素的教学法可以明显提高教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of SPOC in experimental teaching of prosthodontics.Methods From April to May 2021,two classes of five-year undergraduate students in the department of stomatology of Bengbu Medical College were selected.Take the chapter of removable partial denture in the experimental teaching of prosthodontics as an example,it was divided into control group and experimental group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode for experimental teaching,and the experimental group used SPOC combined with offline teaching mode.Record the experimental contents into short videos and upload them to the platform together with the lecture notes of the teaching plan.Students can learn by themselves,and then implement offline experimental teaching.The two groups of operations were scored separately.After the teaching of the two groups was completed,the questionnaire was filled in and statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results The experimental results showed that the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the teaching questionnaire showed that the favorable rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the experimental teaching of Prosthodontics,the teaching method of adding SPOC element can significantly improve the teaching effect.
