“科教+产教”融合的动物医学人才培养改革

Cultivation Reform of Animal Medical Talents Combining"Science and Education+Production and Education"

党的十九大指出,建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程。因此必须把教育事业放在优先位置。在国家实施科教兴国、人才强国的时代背景下,高等教育发展格局已发生了重大调整。科教融合是国家高等教育发展的新常态,产教融合是教育改革的基本要求。因此应用型本科学校根据需求调整办学定位,继续深化科教、产教的双融合,推进人才培养供给侧结构性改革,提升教育教学和育人质量。动物医学专业是培养具有专业基本理论、基本知识及基本技能,从事兽医、教学、科学研究工作的科技人才。尝试“科教+产教”双融合,对动物医学专业人才培养的新模式进行探索与实践,为应用型本科高校的学科专业深化改革提供启示与借鉴。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that building an educational power is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.So we must give priority to education.In China,the number of local colleges and universities accounts for 90%of the total number of national colleges and universities,so the quality of talent training in local colleges and universities will directly affect the level of higher education.In countries,human resource development,relying on science and education background,major adjustment on the development of higher education,the national higher education development the new normal is a science and education,education reform is to produce the basic requirements of teaching.So the need according to the applied undergraduate school adjustment of school-running orientation,continue to deepen science and education fusion,the fusion production and education,implement double fusion of science education,promote the reform of talent cultivation supply side structural,promote the education teaching and education quality.The major of animal medicine is to cultivate scientific and technological talents with basic professional theories,basic knowledge and basic skills who are engaged in veterinary,epidemic prevention and quarantine,teaching and scientific research in the business departments of animal medicine,animal production units and related departments.This paper tries to combine“science and education”with“production and education”to explore and practice the new model of animal medicine professional training,and to provide enlightenment and reference for the disciplinary deepening of application-oriented universities.
