摘要 目的探讨在进行肝癌的临床教学工作中,应用以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)联合以团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)的应用效果。方法将进入肝胆外科行肝癌学习的50名学生为研究对象并随机分成两组,其中25名作为对照组应用常规见习教学模式,25名作为观察组则采取PBL联合TBL的见习教学模式,对比两组经3个月见习教学的效果。结果观察组学生在理论知识与实践操作考核成绩生明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生在学习能力提升各项目的评分上均是明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对见习教学的满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组72.00%的满意度,对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中在进行肝癌教学工作中,采取PBL联合TBL的教学模式可取得良好教学效果,提高学生的专业素养、学习能力及满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of the problem-based teaching model(PBL)combined with the team-based teaching model(TBL)in the clinical probation teaching of liver cancer.Methods In this study,50 liver cancer interns were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,25 were treated as the control group and 25 were treated as the observation group with PBL combined with TBL.The effect of 3 months of probation teaching was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the interns in the observation group in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical operation were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the various items of learning ability improvement In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s interns’satisfaction with the apprenticeship teaching was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 72.00%satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical practice of liver cancer internship teaching,the teaching mode of PBL combined with TBL can achieve good teaching results and improve the professional quality,learning ability and satisfaction of interns.
