CBL联合PBL教学法在放射科住培医师教学中的应用价值 被引量:9

The Application Value of CBL Combined With PBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Resident Physicians in Radiology Department

摘要 目的探讨CBL联合PBL教学法在放射科住培医师教学中的应用价值。方法选取2016年3月-2020年3月以来在广州医科大学附属第一医院放射科参加住院医师规范化培训的医务人员72名,随机分成研究组35名和对照组37名,对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,比较医务人员理论成绩、阅片成绩以及实践操作成绩、医务人员多项能力等综合能力评分、教学培训满意度。结果相较于对照组医务人员,理论成绩、阅片成绩以及实践操作成绩,研究组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员多项能力等综合能力评分比较,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较对照组患者,教学培训满意度研究组显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射科住培医师教学中应用CBL联合PBL教学法具有理想效果,可有效促进医学生阅片能力提升,使医学生的思维能力以及解决问题能力得到有效锻炼,可有效促进医学生综合能力提升,提高医学生对教学培训的满意度,临床可推广使用。 Objective To explore the application value of CBL combined with PBL in the teaching of resident physicians in radiology department.Methods 72 medical personnel who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in the radiology department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical Universit from March 2016 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the study group(35)and the control group(37).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the study group adopted the CBL combined with PBL Teaching method.The theoretical achievements,film reading achievements,practical operation achievements,multiple abilities and other comprehensive ability scores of medical personnel and the satisfaction of teaching and training were compared.Results Compared with the medical staff in the control group,the theoretical scores,film reading scores and practical operation scores in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05);the scores of comprehensive abilities of medical staff in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the patients in the control group,the satisfaction of teaching and training in the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of CBL in radiology department rules from physicians teaching+PBL teaching method has ideal effect,can effectively promote the medical students'reading ability to ascend,make medical students'thinking ability and problem solving skills to effectively exercise,which can effectively promote the medical students'comprehensive ability to ascend,improves the satisfaction of the teaching and training of medical students,clinical use which can be promoted.
