PBL联合CBL教学法在胃肠外科见习教学中的应用 被引量:5

Application of PBL Combined With CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Noviciate Teaching of Gastrointestinal Surgery

摘要 目的探讨在胃肠外科临床见习教学中应用PBL教学法联合CBL教学法的教学效果。方法将2019年9-12月112名胃肠外科临床见习学生作为教学方法探究试验的研究对象,随机分成两组:试验组临床56名见习学生采用PBL教学法联合CBL教学法进行胃肠外科临床见习教学,对照组56名临床见习学生采用传统教学法进行胃肠外科临床见习教学。采用出科理论考试、技能考试和教学反馈问卷对比分析两组临床见习学生的教学效果。结果胃肠外科的临床见习学生中,试验组在出科前进行的理论考试、临床技能操作考试的成绩,及教学满意度方面均高于对照组的学生,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠外科临床见习教学中,采用PBL教学法联合CBL教学法能够提高学生学习的主动性,提升学生分析、讨论及解决相关问题的能力,在胃肠外科的见习教学中能够明显提高临床见习学生的教学效果。 Objective To investigate the teaching effect of PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method in the probation teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 112 clinical interns of gastrointestinal surgery from September to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:56 clinical interns in the experimental group used PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method for clinical internship teaching of gastrointestinal surgery,and 56 clinical interns in the control group used traditional teaching method for clinical internship teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Then,teaching results of the two groups were compared and analyzed by means of the theoretical examination,skill examination and teaching feedback questionnaire.Results The test results of the theoretical examination,skill examination in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and so is the teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method,which was used in the probation teaching of gastrointestinal surgery,has advantages over traditional method in arousing trainees’studying initiative and improving problem-analyzing,discussing and solving ability.By PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method,the teaching effect can be improved obviously in clinical noviciate teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.
