微课结合案例教学法在骨科护理带教中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在实施骨科护理带教期间分析微课结合案例教学法应用可行性。方法将重庆市涪陵中心医院2020年1-12月实习的47名骨科护理实习生按数字奇偶法随机分组;试验组(24名):采用微课结合案例教学法完成骨科护理带教;参照组(23名):采用案例教学法完成骨科护理带教;就带教结果展开对比。结果试验组骨科护理实习生实际操作成绩、理论考试成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组骨科护理实习生学习兴趣提升评分、带教满意度提升、知识巩固能力提升、自学能力提升、批判性思维能力提升、问题解决能力提升以及团队合作精神均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合案例教学法有效运用,可使骨科护理实习生实际操作成绩、理论考试成绩获得明显提升,从而确保骨科护理实习生学习效果以及综合素质获得显著提升。 Objective To explore the feasibility of the application of analysis micro-class combined with case teaching method during the implementation of orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods 47 orthopedic nursing interns in Fuling Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided according to the number odd-even method;Experimental group(24):completed orthopedic nursing teaching by micro-class combined with case teaching method;Reference group(23):completed orthopedic nursing teaching with case teaching method;Compare and contrast the teaching results.Results The results of practical operation and theoretical examination of orthopaedic nursing interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of learning interest,teaching satisfaction,knowledge consolidation ability,self-study ability,critical thinking ability,problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit of orthopaedic nursing interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of micro-class combined with case teaching method can significantly improve the practical performance and theoretical examination results of orthopedic nursing interns,so as to ensure that the learning effect and comprehensive quality of orthopedic nursing interns can be significantly improved.
