任务驱动联合微信互动教学模式在眼科实习带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨任务驱动联合微信互动教学模式在眼科本科临床实习带教中的教学效果。方法选取2020年1-12月全科医学专业眼科实习学生80名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(40名)和对照组(40名),其中试验组采用任务驱动联合微信互动教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学,比较两组学生考核成绩、对带教的满意度和对学习兴趣提高情况。结果试验组学生理论和操作成绩明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的带教满意度度、提高对眼科学习兴趣及理论联系实践能力均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论任务驱动联合微信互动模式可提高眼科实习教学满意度和教学效果,激发学生对眼科的学习兴趣,并提高其理论联系实践的能力。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of task driven combined with WeChat interactive teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of undergraduate ophthalmology.Methods 80 ophthalmic interns majoring in general medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group(40)and the control group(40).The experimental group used task driven combined WeChat interactive teaching,and the control group used traditional teaching methods.The assessment results,satisfaction with teaching and improvement of learning interest of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory and operation of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with teaching,the improvement of interest in ophthalmology learning and the ability of integrating theory with practice in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The task driven combined WeChat interactive mode can improve the teaching satisfaction and teaching effect of ophthalmic practice,stimulate students'interest in ophthalmology,and improve their ability to integrate theory with practice.
