摘要
目的探讨以客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)模式为导向的沟通情景模拟带教方式对眼科年轻护士沟通能力的影响。方法选择2018年1-12月接收的10名眼科年轻护士为对照组,2020年1月至12月接收的10名眼科年轻护士为观察组,对照组的护士采取常规带教方式,观察组的护士则是采取以OSCE为导向的沟通情景模拟带教方式,对护士进行考核并且评价护士沟通能力。结果观察组眼科年轻护士在理论、OSCE与平时表现各方面的考核成绩上均是显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在表达能力、争辩能力、倾听能力、设计能力(形象设计、动作设计、环境设计)各个沟通能力条目评分上显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士在人际沟通知识掌握、与患者沟通主动性、掌握沟通技巧情况、处理矛盾冲突能力、与患者沟通成功率各沟通效果的掌握率上均是显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对眼科年轻护士,采取以OSCE为导向的沟通情景模拟带教方式,能够取得良好的带教效果,显著提高护士的沟通能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the impact of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model oriented communication scenario simulation teaching method on the communication ability of young ophthalmologists.Methods Selected 10 young ophthalmology nurses received from January to December 2018 as the control group,and 10 young ophthalmology nurses received from January to December 2020 as the observation group.The nurses in the control group adopted conventional teaching methods.The nurses in the observation group adopted OSCE-oriented communication scenario simulation teaching method.Assessed and evaluated their communication skills.Results The scores of young ophthalmic nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of communication ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the mastery of interpersonal communication knowledge,initiative in communicating with patients,mastery of communication skills,ability to deal with conflicts,and success rate in communicating with patients(P<0.05).Conclusion For young nurses in the ophthalmology department,the OSCE-oriented communication scenario simulation teaching method can achieve good teaching results and significantly improve the nurses'communication skills,which is worthy of promotion.
