突发公共卫生事件视域下由医务人员心理健康探讨医学 生命教育

Discussion on Medical Life Education From the Perspective of Mental Health of Medical Stuff in the Context of Public Health Emergencies

生命教育是医学教育的重要组成部分,是新时代医学生培养的迫切需求。在突发公共卫生事件中,医务人员作为提供救治工作的主体,往往承受着巨大的心理压力,焦虑、抑郁、失眠等心理问题发生率明显升高。尤其是青年医务人员往往冲锋在一线,需要面临大量危重甚至死亡病例,但专业技术有限、缺乏临床经验,因此成为了突发公共卫生事件应对过程中心理问题高发的脆弱群体。由此反思,健全和完善我国医学教育中的生命教育体系,有助于提高青年医务人员在面对突发公共卫生事件时的心理韧性,保持正常的工作能力和工作热情,发挥其火线上的中流砥柱作用,实现其救死扶伤的自我价值。

Life education is an important part of medical education and an urgent need for medical students in the new era.In public health emergencies,medical staff,as the main population who carry out rescue work,are often under great psychological pressure,with the incidence of anxiety,depression,insomnia,and other mental health problems rising significantly.Young medical staff are often at the forefront of the fight against the epidemic and need to face more critically ill or even dead cases.However,due to their limited expertise and lack of clinical experience,they have become vulnerable groups with high incidence of psychological problems.Therefore,strengthening and improving the life education system in medical education is conducive to improving the psychological resilience of young medical personnel in the face of public health emergencies,maintaining their normal working ability and enthusiasm,giving full play to their key role,and realizing their self-worth of saving lives and healing the wounded.
