民族地区农村产业融合发展的金融支持研究--以民族八省为例

Research on Financial Support for the Integration and Development of Rural Industries in Ethnic Areas-Take the eight ethnic provinces as an example

基于乡村振兴背景探究民族地区农村产业融合发展的金融支持状况具有重要意义。本文在理论分析的基础上,利用2011-2017年民族八省面板数据对我国民族地区农村产业融合发展水平进行综合测度,并通过构建固定效应模型和动态面板模型探究民族地区农村产业融合发展的金融支持状况。研究发现:我国民族地区各省份农村产业融合发展水平不断上升;财政支农、农业信贷和农业保险对民族地区的农村产业融合发展均具有重要的促进作用,其中财政支农的促进作用最强、农业信贷次之、农业保险最弱;民族地区农村产业融合是一个动态演进的过程,前期农村产业融合发展水平对当期农村产业融合发展水平的提升至关重要。针对民族地区农村产业融合和金融支持存在的问题,本文提出具体的政策建议。

It is of great significance to explore the financial support for the integration and development of rural in‐dustries in ethnic areas under the background of rural revitalization.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper uses the panel data of eight ethnic provinces from 2011 to 2017 to comprehensively measure the development level of rural in‐dustrial integration in ethnic areas of China,and explores the financial support situation of rural industrial integration de‐velopment in ethnic areas by constructing fixed effect model and dynamic panel model.It is found that the development level of rural industrial integration in various provinces in ethnic areas is constantly rising;Financial support for agricul‐ture,agricultural credit and agricultural insurance all play an important role in promoting the integration and development of rural industries in ethnic areas,among which financial support for agriculture is the strongest,agricultural credit is the second,and agricultural insurance is the weakest.At the same time,the interactive items show that financial support for the integration and development of rural industries in ethnic areas lacks coordination with each other.Rural industrial inte‐gration in ethnic minority areas is a dynamic evolution process,and the development level of rural industrial integration in the early stage is very important to enhance the development level of rural industrial integration in the current period Based on the full-text analysis,this paper puts forward specific policy suggestions for the problems of rural industrial in‐tegration and financial support in ethnic minority areas.
