为进一步增强市场核心竞争力,最大化增加经营性收入,实现健康可持续发展,企业应重点关注内部财务管控工作的落实质量,基于财务共享新模式,提高财务管控综合实效,维持长期良性运转。财务共享模式下,很多企业实现了财务精细化管理,大幅度降低了成本,提高了财务管控效率,增加了经营利润。鉴于此,文章立足于财务共享,分析了企业实施财务共享的重要意义,提出了财务管控的优化措施,旨在助力企业实现稳步发展。

In order to further enhance the core competitiveness in the market,maximize operating income,and achieve healthy and sustainable development,enterprises should focus on the implementation quality of internal financial management and control,improve the overall effectiveness of financial management and control based on the new model of financial sharing,and maintain long-term round operation.Under the financial sharing model,many enterprises have achieved refined financial management,greatly reduced costs,improved the efficiency financial management and control,and increased operating profits.In view of this,based on financial sharing,this paper analyzes the significance of implementing financial sharing in enterprises,and proposes the optimization measures for financial management and control,aiming to help enterprises achieve steady development.
