摘要
近年来,食品安全问题屡见不鲜,时刻威胁着人们的生命安全,因此我国需借助食品检验检测实验室做好食品安全防护,避免各类劣质食品流入市场。作为食品进入市场前的重要关卡,应充分发挥出实验室的监督管理作用,保证检测结果的可靠性,充分履行自身责任,满足人们对于食品的安全要求,同时推动我国食品检测行业的良好发展。本文对食品检验检测实验室质量管理现状进行分析,提出相应的强化措施,以实现实验室价值的最大化。
In recent years,food safety problems are common in society,threatening people’s life safety all the time.Therefore,China needs to do a good job of safety protection with the help of food inspection and testing laboratories to avoid all kinds of inferior food entering the market.As an important barrier before food enters the market,we should give full play to the supervision and management role of the laboratory,ensure the reliability of test results,fully fulfill our own responsibilities,meet the people’s requirements for the use of food,and promote the good development of China’s food testing industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of quality management in food inspection and testing laboratories,and puts forward corresponding strengthening measures to maximize the value of testing laboratories.
