摘要
农产品的食品安全与人们的日常生活息息相关,农产品农药残留是人们日常生活中遇到的重要安全问题之一,因此对农产品残留物质进行检测至关重要。农药残留会对消费者身体健康产生危害,同时还会对环境造成污染,严重阻碍农业生产的发展进程。基于此,本文分析了衡东县不同季节的农产品农药残留数据,并对农药残留现状进行了简要分析,同时针对性地提出了农药残留的控制措施。
The food safety of agricultural products is closely related to people’s daily life.Pesticide residues in agricultural products are an important safety problem in people’s daily life.Therefore,the detection of residues in agricultural products is very important.Pesticide residues will not only harm the health of consumers,but also pollute the environment,which seriously hinders the development process of agricultural production.Based on this,this paper analyzes the data of pesticide residues of agricultural products in different seasons in Hengdong county,briefly analyzes the current situation of pesticide residues,and puts forward the control measures of pesticide residues.
