摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平有了较大提升,人们不再只满足于吃饱穿暖,对食品安全的要求也越来越高。通过快速检测技术可以对食品中的成分进行检测,并将检测结果与食品安全标准进行对比,可以明确食品安全性,推动食品行业健康发展。本文分析了食品安全的影响因素和快速检测技术,以当前快速检测技术在食品安全监管中存在的问题作为出发点,提出了针对性的解决措施,以期为我国的食品安全监管工作提供有效参考。 With the continuous development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have been greatly improved,and people are no longer only satisfied with full food and warm clothing,but the requirements for food safety are also getting higher and higher.The rapid detection technology can detect the ingredients in the food,and compare the test results with the food safety standards,which can clarify the food safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of food safety and rapid detection technology,takes the existing problems in food safety supervision as a starting point,and puts forward targeted solution measures,in order to provide effective reference for food safety supervision in China.
