摘要
本文以对虾为样品,依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的要求和规定,对液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中无机砷的不确定度进行评定。通过分析不确定度来源以及各不确定度的分量,最后将各不确定度分量合成,计算测定结果的扩展不确定度,为实验室在该类的测量过程中不确定度的评定提供参考。
This paper takes the prawn as the sample,according to the requirements and provisions of the “Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation” (JJF 1059.1—2012),The uncertainty of determination of inorganic arsenic in food by liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometry is evaluated.By analyzing the source of uncertainty and the components of each uncertainty,the uncertainty components are combined,and the expanded uncertainty of the measurement results is calculated,which provides a reference for the evaluation of uncertainty in this kind of measurement process in the laboratory.
