GC/MS法测定植物性食用油中7种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立了气相色谱/质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer,GC/MS)同时测定植物油中DBP、DMEP、DIPP、DnIPP、DnPP、BBP和DEHP 7种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的分析方法。方法:样品中的被测物经PSA/Silica净化,用气相色谱-质谱法检测,以保留时间和选择离子定性,外标法定量。结果:7种化合物在试验范围内分离效果好,标准曲线相关系数大于0.998,检出限为0.019~0.150 mg/kg,样品平均加标回收率在87.6%~105.5%,相对标准偏差为1.00%~2.31%。结论:该方法简便、快速,具有较高的准确度与精密度,回收率高,适合于植物油中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定。 Objective:A method for determination of 7 phthalates in vegetable oil by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and solid phase extraction was established.Method:The samples were purified by PSA/Silica solid phase column,detected by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Retention time and selected ions were used for qualitative analysis,external standard was used for quantitative analysis.Result:The separate rates of 7 kinds of compounds were well,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.998.The minimum detection concentration were 0.019~0.150 mg/kg,the average recovery rates were 87.6%~105.5% and the relative standard deviation were 1.00%~2.31%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid with highly accuracy and precision,so it is suitable for the determination of the phthalates compounds in vegetable oil.
