昆明地区小作坊白酒和散装白酒质量分析

摘要 目的:了解昆明地区小作坊白酒和散装白酒的食品安全现状。方法:以昆明地区小作坊白酒和散装白酒为检验分析对象,分别从辖区内的生产环节、流通环节和餐饮环节随机抽取100批次样品,按照现行(食品安全)国家标准和出入境检验检疫行业标准,对甲醇、氰化物、甜味剂(甜蜜素、纽甜、三氯蔗糖、糖精钠和安赛蜜)和塑化剂(DBP、DEHP)9个项目进行检验分析。结果:检验合格率除甜蜜素为85%外其余8个项目均≥95%。结论:2021年昆明地区小作坊白酒和散装白酒的食品安全整体状况良好,但仍存在一定安全隐患,建议监督管理部门继续加强对小作坊白酒和散装白酒的食品安全监管工作。 Objective:the food safety status of small workshop Baijiu and bulk Baijiu in Kunming area was understanood.Method:100 batches of Baijiu samples were randomly selected from the production,circulation and catering links of small workshops in Kunming.According to the current national standard (food safety) and the standard of entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry,nine items including methanol,cyanide,sweeteners (cypress,nettame,sucralose,saccharin sodium,acesulfame) and plasticizer (DBP,DEHP) were examined and analyzed.Result:The qualified rate of cyclamate was 85% and the other 8 items were all ≥95%.Conclusion:In 2021,the overall situation of food safety of small-workshop Baijiu and bulk Baijiu in Kunming is good,but there are still some safety risks.It is suggested that the supervision and administration departments should continue to strengthen the food safety supervision of small-workshop Baijiu and bulk Baijiu.
