摘要 目的:探究对高血压患者实行饮食治疗干预的临床价值。方法:选取某院2021年2月—2022年2月收治的84例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机分组方法分为观察组(42例)与对照组(42例),对照组患者根据自身习惯进行饮食,观察组对患者实行饮食治疗干预方法。比较两组患者的血压情况、体重情况与血脂、依从度。结果:对比两组患者的血压情况、体重情况与血脂、依从性,发现观察组均较佳,且P<0.05。结论:对高血压患者实行饮食治疗干预,能有效降低患者的血压、体重,改善患者的血脂情况,提升患者依从度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:The clinical value of dietary intervention in patients with hypertension was explored.Method:A total of 84 hypertensive patients admitted to a hospital from February,2021 to February,2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group (42 cases) and a control group (42 cases) according to the simple randomization method.The patients in the control group ate according to their own habits,and the patients in the observation group were given dietary treatment intervention.The blood pressure,body weight,blood lipids,and compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:The blood pressure,body weight,blood lipids and the compliance of the two groups were compared,the observation group was better (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet therapy for hypertensive patients can effectively lower blood pressure,reduce body weight,improve blood lipids,and improve patient compliance,so it is worthy of clinical application.
