摘要
随着我国社会经济水平的不断提升,绿色消费理念已经深入人心,人们对牛肉的品质要求也越来越高。因此,保证牛肉为绿色食品,满足人们的绿色消费观念并提升其品质,是我国牛肉行业发展的重点。本文阐述了食品安全要求下的牛肉绿色消费与品质需求,分析了影响牛肉品质的基本因素,提出了满足食品安全要求下的牛肉绿色消费与品质需求的策略,以带动我国牛肉产业的发展。
With the continuous improvement of China’s social and economic level,the concept of green consumption has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of beef.Therefore,ensuring that beef is a green food,meeting people’s green consumption concept and improving its quality is the focus of the development of China’s beef industry.This paper expounds the green consumption and quality demand of beef under the requirements of food safety,analyzes the basic factors affecting beef quality,and puts forward strategies to meet the green consumption and quality demand of beef under the requirements of food safety,so as to drive the development of China’s beef industry.
