摘要 如果食品中的重金属含量超标,则会导致食品安全受到严重影响。为了避免重金属含量过高的食品流入到市场中,开展科学合理的食品重金属检测工作已经成为相关部门的重要任务。从实际上来看,当前食品重金属检测工作主要应用原子吸收光谱法,该方法可以在食品重金属检测工作发挥重要作用。基于此,本文分析了原子吸收光谱法的分类以及影响因素,并探讨了原子吸收光谱法在食品重金属检测中的应用,以供相关人员参考。 If the content of heavy metals in food exceeds the standard,food safety will be seriously affected.In order to prevent food with high heavy metal content from flowing into the market,it has become an important task for relevant departments to carry out scientific and reasonable detection of heavy metals in food.From a practical point of view,the current detection of heavy metals in food mainly uses atomic absorption spectrometry,which can play an important role in the detection of heavy metals in food.Based on this,this paper analyzes the classification and influencing factors of atomic absorption spectroscopy,and discusses the application of atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of heavy metals in food,for the reference of relevant personnel.
