摘要
随着人们健康意识的增强,被誉为“文明病”克星的糙米受到广泛关注,功能糙米酵素也成为研究热点。基于此,本文聚焦功能糙米酵素的研制及其食用安全性控制研究现状,深入探讨功能糙米酵素发展成果,以供参考。
With the enhancement of people’s health awareness,brown rice,known as the nemesis of “civilization disease”,has received extensive attention,and functional brown rice enzymes have also become a research hotspot.Based on this,this paper focuses on the research status of the development of functional brown rice enzymes and their food safety control,and discusses the development achievements of functional brown rice enzymes for reference.
