摘要
在工业经济大生产技术条件下,物质资本支配人力资本的创新活动。进入创新驱动的知识经济时代,人力资本作为主动性资本发挥越来越重要的作用。为释放并扩大人力资本的创新原动力,最大化发挥人的才智对企业的边际贡献,需要引入一种新的企业机制——智合机制。智合机制是在知识经济时代具有创新偏好的人力资本所有者的新型联合方式,现阶段常以合伙制作为表现形式。智合机制通过动态激励契约与物质资本联合,获得剩余控制权,主导创新决策与投资。论文通过分析智合机制的三个收益模型:人员筛选模型、激励合约模型与创新决策模型,揭示了智合机制通过创新偏好合伙人选择、扩大创新投入激励、创新项目有效选择持续激发企业创新原动力的原理,展现了其对创新驱动型企业适应变化环境、提升创新效率的机制优势。
Under the condition of industrial economy and large production technology, physical capital dominates the innovative activities of human capital. However, in the era of innovation-driven knowledge economy, human capital plays an increasingly important role as active capital, expands marginal contribution to the enterprise. The enterprises require an introduction of a new governance mechanism, intellect cooperation mechanism, to unleash the driving force of innovation andmaximize the marginal contribution of human talents.The intellect cooperation mechanism is a new type of joint approach for human capital owners with innovative preferences in the era of knowledge economy, and at this stage, it is often expressed in the form of partnership.Through dynamic incentive contracts, the intellect cooperation mechanism obtains residual control and dominates innovation decision-making and investment by uniting with physical capital. By analyzing three yield modelsof the intellect cooperation mechanism including the partner selection model, incentive contract model and decision-making behavior model, this paper reveals the principle how the intellect cooperation mechanism continuously stimulates the driving force of enterprise innovation throughinnovation preference for partners selection, expanding innovation input incentives, and effective decisionto innovation, and eventually shows the advantages of innovation-driven enterprises in adapting to the changing environment and improving innovation efficiency through intellect cooperation mechanism.
