摘要
数字化时代的到来催生了许多企业的商业模式发生变革,如何在数字化情境下构建新的商业模式是目前很多企业所面临的问题。文章基于商业模式的价值主张、关键活动、价值网络及盈利模式四个层面的理论知识,对埃森哲的商业模式与数字化共演实现创新路径及内在机理进行纵向案例研究。研究表明,埃森哲商业模式创新通过其内部的数字化驱动,构建数字化生态系统和外部数字化服务满足顾客的需求两种路径,最终实现商业模式的创新。
With the advent of the digital era, the business model of many enterprises has changed. How to build a new business model in the digital context is the problem that many enterprises are facing. Based on the theoretical knowledge of value proposition, key activities, value network and profit model of business model, this paper makes a vertical case study on the path and internal mechanism of innovation of Accenture′s business model and digital co evolution. The research shows that Accenture′s business model innovation is driven by its internal digitalization, which is to build a digitalized ecosystem and external digitalized services to meet the needs of customers.
