摘要
对照《中国石化空分装置运行管理指导意见》,文章对制约钢石气体内压缩流程制氧机安全长周期运行的要素进行分析,阐明装置现状,重点阐述指导意见中原料空气质量要求变化对工艺控制指标和后续空分工艺程序的影响,提出控制和管理措施。同时重点介绍了钢石气体公司在低温液体生产和储存单元的管理的内容,特别是涉及四级重大危险源液氧储槽的管理,明确整改方向和措施,多措并举以期实现钢石气体公司空分装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行。
According to the guidance on the operation and management of Sinopec air separation unit,this paper analyzes the factors restricting the safe and long-term operation of the oxygen generator in the internal compression process of steel and stone gas,expounds the current situation of the unit,focuses on the impact of the change of raw air quality requirements in the guidance on the process control indicators and subsequent air separation process procedures,and puts forward control and management measures.At the same time,it focuses on the management of low-temperature liquid production and storage unit of Gangshi Gas Company,especially the management of liquid oxygen storage tank of level IV major hazard source,clarify the rectification direction and measures,and take more and more measures,so as to realize the safe,stable and long-term operation of air separation unit of Gangshi Gas Company.
