摘要
天然气长输管道是天然气运输的重要载体,管道焊接质量直接关系着管道运行安全。长输管道焊接期间焊接裂纹是其常见问题。文章以焊接裂纹为中心,首先分析了焊接裂纹出现的原因,其次对天然气长输管道材料以及裂纹类型等进行了介绍,最后从多个层次对焊接流程进行优化,及时降低焊接裂纹出现率,目的在于提高天然气长输管道焊接裂纹预防水平。
Natural gas long-distance pipeline is an important carrier of natural gas transportation,and pipeline welding quality is related to pipeline operational security.Welding crack is a common problem during welding of long-distance pipeline.This study focuses on welding cracks.Firstly,the causes of welding cracks are analyzed.Secondly,the materials and crack types of natural gas long-distance pipeline are introduced.Finally,the welding process is optimized from multiple levels to reduce the occurrence rate of welding cracks in time,in order to improve the prevention level of welding cracks of natural gas long-distance pipeline.
