Oilfield oil and water well are an important part of oilfield exploitation and construction.The fine management of oilfield oil and water well is the basic work of oilfield production,which is of great significance to oilfield exploitation engineering.This paper takes oilfield oil and water well as the research object,analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the oilfield oil and water well management and the effective measures of implementing fine management.
