Elderly education is an effective way to actively deal with population aging and enable the elderly to realize their personal and social values.However,the imbalance in the curriculum setting of elderly education restricts the full realization of its value.On the basis of correctly understanding the attributes of elderly education,exploring the scientific setting of courses,clarifying the educational subject status of the elderly,so that the elderly can truly become the decision maker of curriculum content,the manager of teaching process,the chooser of learning form,the mutual helper of the learning process and the evaluator of teaching effect,so as to promote the sustainable development of elderly education.
