均匀设计法优选普鲁卡因温敏凝胶基质处方研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 利用均匀设计法优选普鲁卡因温敏凝胶的基质处方。方法 采用3因素12水平的均匀设计法,以普鲁卡因温敏凝胶的胶凝温度、凝胶平均流速为综合评价指标,对该温敏凝胶的最佳基质处方进行筛选。结果普鲁卡因温敏凝胶最优基质处方组成为:每100 ml普鲁卡因温敏凝胶所含泊洛沙姆-407处方比例为18.369%、泊洛沙姆-188处方比例为0.634%,羧甲基纤维素钠处方比例为1.137%。结论 本实验制备工艺简单,均匀设计优选的因素水平可靠,处方合理。 Objective To optimize the formulation of procaine thermosensitive gel matrix by uniform design.Methods Took the gelatinization temperature and the average flow velocity of procaine thermosensitive gel as comprehensive evaluation indices,and the best matching of the thermosensitive gel was choosed by a uniform design with 3 factors and12 levels. Results The prescription composition of procaine thermosensitive gel matrix was: for each 100 ml of procaine thermosensitive gel,the proportion of poloxamer 407,poloxamer 188 and sodium carboxymethy lcellulos were 18. 369%,0. 634%and 1. 137%,respectively. Conclusion The preparation technology of this experiment is simple,the optimized factors and levels of uniform design are reliable and the prescription is reasonable.
