摘要
在高等学校系统内,基层干部的职业动力处在瓶颈期,存在部分职业流动、职业倦怠现象。为了更好地提升基层干部职业动力,以职业锚理论为立脚点,通过自省的才干和能力、自省的动机和需要、自省的态度和价值观对职业生涯进行深刻剖析,进而从内生性以及外生性角度对提升路径进行了研究探讨,从而促进高校系统发展的稳定和持续。
In the system of colleges and universities,the career motivation of grass-roots cadres is in a bottleneck period,and there are some phenomena of job mobility and job burnout.In order to better improve the career motivation of grass-roots cadres,we take the career anchor theory as the foothold,deeply analyze the career through three parts:self-examination capability and ability,self-examination motivation and need,self-examination attitude and values,and then study and discuss the promotion path from the perspective of endogenous and exogenous,so as to promote the stability and sustainability of the development of the university system.
