摘要
普通高校向应用型高校转型对高校师资队伍建设提出了新的要求,培养“双师型”教师是应用型高校的重要任务。依据相关的理论指导,结合应用型高校教师专业发展的阶段特征,从应用型高校教师的职业品质、专业素养、教育素养、服务素养等四个维度描述应用型高校“双师型”教师的核心素养,并协同相关部门组织研制、制定科学合理的“双师型”教师核心素养标准,对教师个人成长和推动应用型高校师资队伍建设具有多方面的意义。
Since the new requirements are put forward for university teaching staff construction in the transformation construction of ordinary colleges and universities to the applied universities,it is an important task for applied universities to cultivate“dual-qualified”teachers.On the basis of the related theoretical guidance,combining with the stage characteristics of college teachers’professional development,the paper describes the core literacy of“dual-qualified”teachers in application-oriented universities from four dimensions,that is,professional quality,professional literacy,educational literacy and service literacy.It also cooperates with relevant departments to organize,research and develop scientific and reasonable core literacy standards for“dual-qualified”teachers,which is of great significance to teachers’individual growth and teaching staff construction in application-oriented universities.
