摘要
工作坊是新时代高校辅导员队伍建设的重要平台和载体。高校辅导员工作坊短期可以加快提升辅导员职业能力水平,中期可以培育孵化辅导员工作品牌,远期可以促进辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展。但是在实践中,辅导员工作坊的建设也遇到了一些瓶颈,主要表现在有成员无差别,成员角色划分不清;有组织无机制,团队内部运行不畅;有目标无激励,不能实现持续发展。通过运用角色化构建、项目化管理和成果化激励来突破上述瓶颈,能够实现辅导员工作坊的良性发展。
The workshop is a crucial platform and carrier of the construction of university counselors in the new era.University counselor workshop can help increase counselors’vocational proficiency in the short term,cultivate a workshop brand in the medium term,and enhance the development of counselors in a specialized and professional way in the long run.But in practice,the counselor workshops have hit some bottlenecks,mainly including no difference in members-indistinctness of member roles;no mechanism in organizations-poor operation of the internal workshops;no rewards,and hindering its sustainable development.Through the use of role-based construction,project-based management and achievement based incentives to break through the above bottlenecks,we can achieve the benign development of the counselor workshop.
