摘要
开放教育以适应职业需求为导向,为社会培养高素质的技能型、应用型人才。但其采用普通高等教育学士学位授予评价标准,并不符合开放教育的培养目标及办学模式。总结开放教育学位授予工作的现状及不足,旨在探索建立具有开放教育特色的学位评价标准、学位教育模式以及学位授予管理制度,从而推动开放教育树立正确的人才质量观,构建科学的评价体系,形成有效的培养模式。
Open education is oriented to meet the needs of occupations,and cultivates high-quality skilled and applied talents for the society.However,it adopts the degree-awarding standards in ordinary higher education which doesn’t accord with the training objectives and school-running mode of open education.So,This paper summarizes the current situation and shortcomings of degree awarding in open education,aiming to explore the establishment of degree evaluation criteria,degree education model and degree awarding management system with open education characteristics,so as to promote open education to establish a correct concept of talent quality,build a scientific evaluation system and form an effective training model.
