摘要
我国高校培养工科大学生数量可观,但单一知识型的工科毕业生难以适应新经济发展需要,新工科交叉学科专业建设对于人才培养广度、深度以及融合度的要求已成为迫切焦点问题。本文首先阐释了“新工科”人才和交叉学科概念,在实地调研总结新工科交叉学科专业建设出现的问题基础上,提出了优化新工科交叉学科专业内涵建设策略,还应在培养理念、交叉学科构建、师资层次、实践模式等方面加以完善。
The colleges and universities in China cultivate a considerable number of engineering students,but the single knowledge-based engineering graduates are difficult to meet the needs of the new economic development.The construction of new engineering interdisciplinary specialty has become an urgent focus for the breadth,depth and integration of talent training.This paper first explains the concept of“new engineering”talents and interdisciplinary disciplines.Based on the problems of field investigation and summary in the construction of new engineering interdisciplinary disciplines,this paper also puts forward the strategies of optimizing the connotation construction of new engineering interdisciplinary disciplines,which the aspects of training concept,interdisciplinary construction,teacher level,practice mode,etc.should be improved.
