高职扩招视域下“三模式”应用探究

Research on the Application of“Three Models”in the Perspective of Higher Vocational College Enrollment Expansion

当前形势下,为实现高等职业教育下职业院校人才培养模式创新,本文聚焦普通高中毕业生、中职毕业生、退役军人、下岗失业人员、新型职业农民等特定群体的教育培养模式创新。通过“因材施教”的核心思想,构建多维度教学模式,解决生源结构质量多元且非体系化、课程递阶式体系僵化,以及单一化教学运行机制三大问题,结合学校、社会和企业力量,构建出一套包含“四轮驱动”“三证融通”“双线育人”三模式的全新的高职人才培养模式。

Under the current situation,in order to realize the innovation of talent training mode in Vocational Colleges under higher vocational education,this paper focuses on the innovation of education and training mode for specific groups,such as ordinary high school graduates,secondary vocational graduates,retired soldiers,laid-off and unemployed people,and new professional farmers.Through the core idea of“teaching students according to their aptitude”,we will build a multi-dimensional teaching mode to solve three major problems,which are“diversification and Non-systematization for structure and quality of students resource”,“the rigidity of the hierarchical system of courses”,and“the single operation mechanism of teaching”.Combined with the strength of schools,society and enterprises,a brand-new talent training mode of higher vocational education is constructed,which includes the three modes of“four-wheel drive”,“three-certificate integration”and“two-line education”.
