人文关怀应用于慢性乙型肝炎护理中对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Humanistic Care on Sleep Quality in Chronic Hepatitis B Nursing

目的:分析慢性乙型肝炎护理过程中采取人文关怀护理后对患者睡眠质量的影响效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者66例作为研究对象,按照护理性质随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行人文关怀护理,比较2组护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者睡眠质量改善显著,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分更优;观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组在人文关怀评分的各个项目上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎护理过程中采取人文关怀护理后能够有效改善患者睡眠质量,患者的不良情绪也得到了较好的管理,能够发挥现代护理学的优势,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanistic care in the nursing process of chronic hepatitis B on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 66 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the mode of nursing,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanistic care nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly improved,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were better;the post-nursing Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were all lower compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group in each item of humanistic care score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of chronic hepatitis B nursing,humanistic care can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,and the patients′negative emotions have also been better managed,which can give full play to the advantages of modern nursing and has a promotion value.
